“It was an amazing 4 days in the beautiful Italian Alps (Pila, specifically) - with Anita, Virna, and my fellow retreat guests, who turned out to be amazing and inspiring women, each of them one of a kind. I am really grateful to have met them, shared this wonderful memory with them and learned from them. I was the only *complete* beginner in skiing, and our ski instructor Ian took really good care of me and equipped me with the essential skills to get down a blue slope after two mornings. He was really patient and clear, and I’m really glad I gave skiing a try. So if you’re wondering if this is for you because you can’t ski - the answer is an absolute yes! Virna was one of those souls that can easily move you with her carefree spirit and unpretentious, authentic self. Her yoga and meditation sessions were fun, relaxing, and effective. Anita took great care of us throughout the journey from the moment of booking/enquiry and was so helpful with all the arrangements. She is always smiling and emanates calmness and kindness. The food was great at the accommodation, and the mountain views from the hotel were beautiful. I am so glad I did this! Thanks again Anita, Virna and Ian!”

"Wholesome three days in an idyllic location"
“I booked this trip having seen the "yoga+ski" combo and following my gut feel - and am absolutely delighted I did! 3.5 days in an idyllic location with a small group of fantastic people, a superstar of a coach Virna and the loveliest, most caring and kind host you can ask for - Anita. I enjoyed the packed schedule of yoga, meditation, skiing, spa (with the mountain view!) as there was always something exciting to do. At the same time, I didn't feel rushed or anxious to make it to the next 'thing' on time - the days were just flowing organically and joyously and if anything, I would have liked to extend the experience for one more day to fully take it all in (and squeeze in another 1/2 day of skiing). The food at the restaurant was fantastic! Dinner chats with the other ladies in the group accompanied by the local wine and deserts after a busy day - honestly, every step of the programme was exactly what I needed to recharge my batteries. Details: - I flew from London and was picked up by Ian in the Madrid airport the second I landed. All very smooth, straight in the car and in the hotel in Pila within 2 hours or so. Check that your mobile will work in Italy before leaving. - Room: shared with another woman, we got on great so no negatives, but the room admittedly was v small (you won't spent much time in it though). - Food: great! I am not vegan/vegeterian and indulged every single day. - Skiing: Anita will take care of everything! - Spa: take your swimsuit!”
