5 Day Women Foliage - Yoga & Hiking Retreat
Autumn in the Aosta Valley – A Season of Colour, Connection & Quiet Transformation
Autumn in the Aosta Valley is a beautiful time to slow down and take a breath. The mountains are full of colour — with golden larch trees, silver birch, chestnut, and evergreens creating an incredible mix of foliage. It’s also the season of grape harvesting, roasted chestnuts, and village festivals, which all add to the special atmosphere of this time of year.
This is the backdrop for our Foliage Retreat — a special gathering that blends two daily yoga, mindful mountain walking, and deep rest. Based in a cosy alpine hotel at the foot of the Matterhorn, our days are filled with movement, stillness, laughter, and space to let go. A true transformational journey …
What Makes Our Retreats Different
These retreats are not about doing more.
They are about stepping away from the noise and returning to something simpler.
We focus on small, intimate groups, a calm and supportive atmosphere, and time in nature in the Italian Alps.
Each retreat is designed to feel personal, unhurried, and real — a space where you can reconnect with yourself and restore your natural energy.
Who These Retreats Are For
Our retreats are for women who feel the need to pause.
You don’t need experience in yoga or hiking — just a willingness to slow down and take time for yourself.
Many women join our retreats on their own, often looking for space, clarity, and connection in a natural setting.
A Small & Personal Experience
We keep our retreats intentionally small, usually between 10 and 15 women.
This allows us to create something that feels calm, personal, and genuine — different from larger or more commercial retreats.
Each retreat is a unique experience, shaped by the season, the place, and the group itself.

What Women Say About Our Retreats
“I booked this trip having seen the "yoga+ski" combo and following my gut feel - and am absolutely delighted I did! 3.5 days in an idyllic location with a small group of fantastic people, a superstar of a coach Virna and the loveliest, most caring and kind host you can ask for - Anita. I enjoyed the packed schedule of yoga, meditation, skiing, spa (with the mountain view!) as there was always something exciting to do. At the same time, I didn't feel rushed or anxious to make it to the next 'thing' on time - the days were just flowing organically and joyously and if anything, I would have liked to extend the experience for one more day to fully take it all in (and squeeze in another 1/2 day of skiing). The food at the restaurant was fantastic! Dinner chats with the other ladies in the group accompanied by the local wine and deserts after a busy day - honestly, every step of the programme was exactly what I needed to recharge my batteries.”
